Where the heck is Mr. Jones-Güngör?

Samsoe is about five hours away from Copenhagen on public transport. One will need to take a train out to Kalundborg, on the western shore of Sealand, followed by ferry run by Faergen from there to the town of Kalby Kaas on the island. We spent a weekend to bike around the island and ate all of what organic farming had to offer. It is delightful!

Food: Samsoe has plethora of options for eating good food. Check out Sommerhotel's mouth-watering six-course Danish fare, in the coastal town of Ballen.

Accommodations: Hostel in Samsoe is beyond a hostel. It's big rooms are great for parties of four, with its clean and private bathrooms. As elsewhere on the island, the breakfast, and generally the food at the hostel, is delicious. Their weinerbroed (Danish pastry) is a treat with your morning coffee.
